Kevin Malakov
Doctor of Dental Surgery
Dr. Kevin Malakov earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University, where he was honored with the prestigious Academy of Osseointegration Outstanding Dental Student Award in Implant Dentistry. He went on to complete an additional three years of advanced specialty training in Periodontics at NYU.
Dr. Malakov specializes in a comprehensive range of periodontal and implant procedures, including dental implant placement, periodontal surgery, soft tissue grafting, extractions, bone grafting, and sinus augmentation. He is also a LANAP®-trained clinician, offering minimally invasive laser therapy for the treatment of periodontal disease. He is board eligible with the American Board of Periodontology and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care with a focus on long-term oral health and function.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Malakov maintains an active lifestyle. He enjoys swimming, playing pickleball, and traveling with his wife.
